The complete juice production line combines the three functions of washing, filling and capping in one body, and the whole process is automated. The carbonated beverages are made of high-quality SUS304 materials. The main parts are precision machined by CNC machine tools. 1. Filling part:
1. The filling part realizes filling the materials into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine. The filling valve adopts the method of pressure filling and negative pressure backflow, which is fast and sensitive in filling and has high filling level precision. There is no spring in the valve, and the material is not in contact with the spring, which is conducive to cleaning the inside of the valve. In order to ensure the filling process and the filling temperature, the material in the filling valve is in a micro-return state when there is no bottle or when the valve is stopped.
2. The filling tank adopts the full tank method to ensure the stable pressure in the tank.
3. The whole machine has a perfect CIP cleaning interface.
4. The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to stabilize the bottle lifting and centering.
5. The main drive adopts gear drive and open-type combined drive, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. The frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
6. The bottle guide system has a simple structure and can be quickly and easily changed according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts the bottleneck structure for transportation.
7. The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and faults are displayed online, such as blocked bottles, missing caps, etc.
2. Screw cap part:
1. The cap screwing part will screw the cap sorted by the cap organizer to the bottle that has been filled with the product, and send it to the subsequent process by the conveyor chain.
2. The cap screwing machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. The cap leaves the hopper from the cap outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the outlet. When the reverse cover passes, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the reverse cover is automatically blown into the hopper by the wind. Only the front cover can smoothly enter the chute, and the amount of cover in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover feeder to ensure that the lower cover achieves the effect. When the front cover enters the slideway, it can smoothly enter the cover feeding tray. In order to prevent accidents, an anti-reverse cover dial is also configured on the slideway to ensure that the cover entering the cover feeding tray is correct. A pair of Photoelectric switch, when it detects that there is no cover, it will stop the host immediately. In order to effectively remove the bad cover without the anti-theft ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the outlet of the hopper to meet this function.
3. The screw cap is magnetic screw cap, with overload protection function, and the screw cap torque is stable and reliable. There is no gnawing cover, high cover, crooked cover and curling of the cover.
