The frame is made of 80*80 stainless steel square steel, the beating plate is made of 10mm stainless steel, and the angle of the scraper can be fine-tuned. The contact part of the whole machine with the material is made of 304 stainless steel and rubber material that conforms to food hygiene. All welds are pickled and passivated, and the welds in contact with materials need to be polished. The pitch of the feeding screw is 120mm, the thickness of the screw is 5mm; the gap between the cutting pieces on the striking plate is 50mm; the drilling direction of the mesh hole needs to be drilled from the outside to the inside; after the feeding screw feeds the mesh, a baffle is added to the shaft , to ensure that the peach is distributed to the surrounding; the power of the motor is 22KW.
